Eurodent’s guarantee scheme applies to the time we guarantee that a crown, an implant or a prosthesis will last. The new teeth will normally last for many more years than the warranty period. We provide the same guarantee for dental treatment at the clinic in Budapest, as when you receive treatment at one of our clinics in Norway. If something goes wrong with the new teeth you got at Eurodent in Budapest, you do not need to go back. We repair it at our clinic in Norway that is closest to where you live.
Our warranty period for crowns and fillings
Porcelain crown : 3 year warranty
Implant : 10 year warranty
Fillings and prostheses : 1 year warranty
The guarantee for dentures applies when the fracture or any other damage to the porcelain is due to an error from our dental laboratory, or an error from Eurodent’s dentist who has treated you.
Damage guarantee does not apply to:
- Injuries that have not been detected when your dentist prepares teeth for further treatment
- Damage to teeth you have received from us due to an accident you have been in
- Injuries that have occurred due to gum disease
- Development of gum disease, and other diseases of the teeth and mouth in general
- Unforeseen root canal treatments
- Injuries that can occur when you lose a lot of weight or put on a lot of weight over a short period of time
- Temporary crowns, bridges or dentures
- Ejection of an implant inserted by the dentist at Eurodent
- Bruxism (tanngnissning) og attrisjon (tannslitasje)
When Eurodent’s guarantee does not apply:
- If you do not attend the annual survey and other follow-up at Eurodent
- If oral hygiene is not maintained or you do not follow the dentist’s instructions
- If you inform Eurodent too late after your dentures have been corrected
- When you do not have a receipt for repairs that you may have had performed at another dentist
- The guarantee for implant screws only applies to the screw itself
- Injuries that occur due to the patient not following the dentist’s advice, such as when using a rubbing splint
- Inadequate information about one’s own state of health before starting treatment
Guarantee for treatment abroad
According to Norwegian law, patients who are dissatisfied with a treatment they have received abroad cannot complain about this to NPE . To ensure that all our patients are satisfied with the results they receive from us, we therefore offer guarantee follow-up at all our Norwegian clinics.
