Eurodent’s guarantee schemes indicate the period we guarantee that a crown, implant or prosthesis will last. The new teeth usually last for many more years than the warranty period. You get the same guarantee for dental treatment in Budapest as in Norway. If something happens to your new teeth at our clinic in Budapest, you will not have to travel back. We do the repairs at our clinic in Norway that suits you best.
Warranty period for dental treatments
Porcelain crown: 3 year warranty
Implant: 10 year warranty
Fillings and prostheses: 1 year warranty
The guarantee for dentures applies if the fracture and damage to the porcelain are due to an error from the dental laboratory, or an error from the dentist.
What the warranty does not cover:

- Unforeseen injuries that are discovered during or after preparation of teeth
- Damage to teeth caused by accidents
- Injuries caused by gum disease
- Development of gum disease, or other disease of the gums and teeth
- Unforeseen root canal treatments
- Injuries that can occur due to dieting or obesity over a short period of time
- Temporary crowns, bridges or dentures
- Ejection of implant inserted
- Bruxism (tanngnissning) og attrisjon (tannslitasje)
The guarantee does not apply if you:
- Fails to attend annual survey at Eurodent
- If oral hygiene is neglected or you do not follow the dentist’s instructions
- If you inform Eurodent too late after corrections of dentures
- When you do not have a receipt for any repair at another dentist
- The guarantee applies to the implant screw itself
- Eurodent can not be held responsible for unforeseen root canal treatments after preparing tooth / teeth for crown or bridge work
- Injuries that occur due to the patient not following the dentist’s advice, e.g. use of rubbing rail
- Inadequate information about one’s own state of health before treatment
According to Norwegian regulations, patients who have received treatment abroad do not have the right to complain to NPE . We therefore offer guarantee follow-up, to ensure that all patients who receive treatment with us are satisfied with the result.
